| 摘 要： | 目的:研究复方参七汤治疗胃、结直肠癌的作用机制。方法:(1)复方参七汤对人胃癌细胞的体外抑制实验;(2)对MNNG诱发大鼠腺胃癌的体内抑制诱癌率实验;(3)对裸鼠结肠癌肝转移的体内抑制实验。结果:(1)复方参七汤对人胃癌BGC-823细胞株半数杀伤浓度(LC50)为0.048g/ml,随药物浓度增高,杀伤作用亦增强;半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.007g/ml,随药物浓度增高,抑制有丝分裂指数逐渐减小,而抑制细胞集落形成亦增大;(2)复方参七汤对MNNG诱发大鼠腺胃癌发生率明显降低,实验组为6.9%(3/43)显著低于对照组58.9%(23/39),(P<0.01);对MNNG诱发大鼠腺胃癌组织中PCNA和CyclinD1阳性表达明显降低,实验组为13.88%(5/36)和22.86%(8/35),显著低于对照组75.76%(25/33)和62.86%(22/35),(P<0.01);(3)复方参七汤对人结肠癌LS174t细胞株接种裸鼠肝转移的肝转移数、肝转移癌重和肝癌重/肝重明显降低,实验组为2.42±0.99,63.67±21.29和8.90±3.10,显著低于对照组4.17±1.99,94.32±37....
