| 摘 要： | 用等剂量不同浓度的戊巴比妥钠作狗肺内及肌肉注射,对比两种不同途径给药所产生的麻醉效果。结果表明:浓度1％组肺内和肌注起效均慢;6％组死亡率均较高;3％组肺内和肌注起效快、死亡率低而且肺内注射比肌肉注射者起效更为迅速(P<0.01),死亡率亦低,唯麻醉维持时间稍短。

| Abstract: | Sodium pentobarbital was administrated in 102 experimental dogs intrapulmonarily in comparison with the classical intramuscular route of 99 dogs at a dosage of 30mg / kg in 1, 3, 6%solution groups. The dogs received 1% solution had the slowest onset of anesthesia, and dogs received 6%solution had the highest mortality, both are not acceptable.Dogs received 3%solution, the onset was comparatively quick and the mortality was low and had even better result in the intrapulmonary route (P< 0.01) except that the maintenance time was not as long as that of the intramuscular.It is suggested that the intrapulmonary injection of 3% sodium pentobarbital is preferable to the intramuscular route for anesthesia in experimental dogs. |
