| 摘 要： | 本文用E-cd单克隆抗体对57例膀胱移行细胞癌及7例正常粘膜的石蜡标本进行了免疫组化研究。结果E-cd在不同分期及分级膀胱癌中的表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。E-cd在复发与未复发组膀胱癌中表达亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。随访发现E-cd表达与患者生存率有显著关系(P<0.01)。提示E-cd表达可以作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度及复发和预后的生物学指标。

| Abstract: | In the present study, E-cd was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 57 cases of bladder cancer and 7 cases of normal bladder tissnes. Result showed that abnormal expression frequency of E-cd in G3 group, invasive group were higher than that in G1/G2 group and superficial group (P <0. 05). The frequency in recurrence group were lower than that in non-recurrence group (P <0. 01). The 3-years overall survival rate of patients with normal E-cd expression was significantly higher than for patients with aberrant expression (P <0. 01). These results suggest that E-cd expression can serve as a recurrence and prognostic indicator for bladder cancer. |
