| 摘 要： | 1988年以来用改进的尿道套入术治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄100例。治愈95例，好转2例，治愈率95％，总有效率97％。本文介绍了改进手术的要点及方法，认为改进后的方法疗效确切，可以作为治疗后尿道狭窄的良好术式。

| Abstract: | Modified Pull-through urethroplasty was performed during last 10 years for 100 pertients with stricture of posteior urethra. Cure and improvement cases were 95 and 2 respectively. Cure and total effective rate were 95% and 97% respectively. The modified surgical technique was discussed and get satisfactory result. The pull-through urethroplasty was a good operation for stricture of posterior urethra. |
