| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的声像图特征及临床应用价值。方法应用超声仪对37例经组织病理学证实的卵巢颗粒细胞瘤进行观察,并对图像特征及血流检测结果进行分析。结果37例中术前超声诊断正确者30例(81.1%),其声像图特征主要表现为:在盆腔内检测到边界清楚、形态规整、包膜完整的多发囊性或实性团块,其中,23例为多囊性团块;8例为单一大囊性团块;6例为实性为主的团块。病灶位置:单侧35例,双侧2例。25例经彩色多普勒检测,均探及彩色血流信号。频谱特点为高速低阻型。结论二维超声与彩色多普勒相结合,有助于卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的诊断,并提供了可靠的诊断依据及临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of sonography in the diagnosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor.Methods 37 cases of ovarian granulosa cell tumor confirmed by pathology were examined by sonography.Results Sonogram showed a distinct margin of the tumor,being regular in shape,mixed cystic and solid echogenicity.Among them,23 cases were mixed cystic mass,8 single cystic mass,and 6 solid mass.The site of tumors: 15 cases were located on left side,20 on right side,and 2 bilateral.25 cases were examined by color Doppler flow image and all showed color signs of blood flow.The frequency spectrum was characterized by high speed and low resistance.Conclusion The 2D ultrasonography combined with color Doppler flow image is helpful in the diagnosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor. |
