成人手指甲床和甲皱微血管构筑

以树脂铸型扫描电镜法研究了成人拇指、食指和环指甲床和甲皱微血管构筑,指间无明显差异。甲床的甲弧影区微血管构筑特点是微动脉形成的长网眼血管网,微动脉多为纵行;甲弧影远侧甲床由典型的发夹样毛细血管样分布,并且趋向远端,血管袢加长。甲皱毛细血管袢为多形性,可分为多袢型,发夹型及麻花型。

MICROVASCULATURE OF NAIL BED AND NAIL FOLD OF HUMAN FINGERS

The microvasculatory architecture of the nail bed and the nail fold of the adult human thombs, index fingers and ring fingers was studied by using replica-scanning electron microscopy. It is indifferent between the fingers in the microvasculature. The microvasculatore architecture of the lunule of the nail bed consists of the arteriols. The rest part is distributed by the capillary loops which is longer and longer when it tends to the distal. The capillary loops of the nail fold may be divided into three patterns the multipo-loop pattern the hair pin pattern and the twisting pattern.
