染料激光虹膜透切治疗闭角型青光眼

本文报道了染料激光虹膜透切治疗闭角型青光眼37眼,虹膜透切成功率为100％,术中虹膜出血率为28％。术后一过性眼压升高占45％,一次透切成功率为72％。结合文献及治疗体会对染料激光虹膜透切术中并发虹膜出血进行简要探讨。观察虹膜光切孔,透切率及手术并发症等临床治疗效果优于YAG激光。并指出在染料激光治疗机使用过程中要注意选择角膜周边部为透切点,聚焦准确,能量适中等问题。

Amgle-Closure Glaucoma Treated by Iridectomy of Coherent Dye Laser

37 eyes of angle - closure glaucoma were treated by coherent dye laser iridectomy. The successful rate was 100%. 28% of the cases complicated iridemia during the operation. 45% of cases developed transient IOP. The first successful rate is 72%. The mechanism of iridemia occuring during the laser iridectomy was simply discussed by reviewing literature and trest-ment experience. The treatment effects were superior to that of YAG laser by observing the hole of laser iridectomy,iridectomy rate,and the complications of the operation. The anthor considered that selecting correct focusing and proper energy were improtant during the courses of using dye laser instrument.
