广东阳江地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药分析

目的了解本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药状况,给临床有针对性地选择治疗药物提供依据。方法运用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒进行培养鉴定及耐药分析。结果605例标本中检出支原体251例,总阳性率41.5%。总体耐药率分别是:环脂红霉素44.9%、强力霉素21.6%、交沙霉素11.8%、甲砜霉素61.2%、克拉霉素38.0%、红霉素80.4%、环丙沙星87.3%、罗红霉素68.6%、可乐必妥52.2%、美满霉素23.7%、阿奇霉素49.4%、加替沙星62.4%。结论本地区支原体耐药率普遍较高,临床治疗时应根据药敏试验结果选择抗微生物药物,交沙霉素为首选治疗药物。

ANALYSIS OF MYCOPLASMA INFECTION IN THE GENITOURINARY TRACT AND THEIR RESISTANT IN YANGJIANG,GUANGDONG

Objective To find out the Mycoplasma infection in the genitourinary tract and resistance in this locality and provide scientific basis for treament. Methods The Urealyticum culture and identification and sensitivity with reagent kit by Zhuhai Langfeng Biological Technology CO.Ltd. Results 251 was positive among the 605 specimens, the positive rate was 41.5%, the resistant rate were ECC (44.9%)DOX(26.5%)JOS(11.8%)THI(61.2%)CLA(38.0%)ERY(80.4%)CPF(87.3%)ROX(68.6%)CRA(52.2%)MIN(23.7%)AZI(49.4%)GAT(62.4%). Conclusions The Mycoplasma infection rate was higher in Yangjiang, The mycoplasma infection were very widespread in this locality. We should choose antimicrobial agents according to the results of antimicrobial susceptibility test for mycoplasma, josamycin were first choose agents.
