| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨善得定、三腔二囊管对肝硬化并上消化道大出血的疗效。方法:将98例上消化道大出血患者随机分为两组,分别使用善得定(治疗组)和三腔二囊管(对照组)治疗。结果:治疗组有效率88.0％显著高于对照组75％(P<0.05),且无明显副作用。结论:善得定治疗上消化道大出血疗效较三腔二囊管好,且副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective:To prove the effect of sandostation and Sengstaken-Blackmore Tube combined losec in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Method: 98 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, treated by sandostation (treatment group) and Sengstaken-Blackmore Tube (control group).Results:The effective rate in treatment group(88.0%) was more than in control group(75%) (P<0.05)and no obvious side effect. Conclusion: There is a higher efficacy and safety of sandostation than Sengstaken-Blackmore Tube in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage. |
