基于创新专家意见法对早期糖尿病肾病证治规律的研究

目的：运用创新专家意见法研究早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的证治规律。方法：采用德尔菲（Delphi）法对全国60位专家进行两轮问卷调查，利用SPSS软件对回收的有效问卷进行分析。结果：初步揭示了早期DN病变部位为脾，络，肾；早期DN辨证分型为肾气虚，脾肾（气）阳虚，肾阴亏虚，气虚血瘀，肾阳虚损，脾肾气阴两虚，气阴两虚；早期DN治疗原则为补肾固精，益气养阴活血，温肾健脾，补肾健脾活血，补肾益气通络，活血化瘀，益气养阴，益气活血，补肾健脾。结论：调查问卷数据显示，专家的积极性较高，意见可信度高，协调性好，早期糖尿病肾病证治规律基本得到专家认可。

Study on diagnostic and therapeutic rules for early diabetic nephropathy based on innovative expert opinion method

OtJjective ：To study the diagnostic and therapeutic rules fi）r early diabetic nephropathy （DN） by in- novative expert opinion method. Methods ：Two rounds of questionnaire survey were conducted in 60 experts nation- wide by Delphi method,and the returned questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software. Results：The prelimina- l7 results showed that early DN affected the spleen, collaterals, and kidney;early DN was classified as the following syndrome types ：kidney qi deficiency, spleen - kidney （qi） yang deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, qi deficiency with blood stasis, kidney yang deficiency, both qi - yin deficiency of kidney - spleen, and dual deficiency of qi and yin. The therapeutic principles for early DN were tonifying the kidney and securing essence;touifying qi,nom-ishing yin,and activating blood;warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen;tonifying the kidney, strengthening the spleen, and activating blood ;tonifying the kidney, tonifying qi, and freeing the collateral vessels;activating blood and resolving stasis ;tonifying qi and nourishing yin;tonifying qi and activating blood;tonifying the kidney and strengthe- ning the spleen. Conclusion：The data from questiomlaires showed th＇ht the experts responded to the survey actively, so their opinions were highly credible. The diagnostic and therapeutic rules for early DN have been almost recog- nized by experts.
