抗瘤升白超微饮片对骨髓抑制小鼠造血细胞因子的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨抗瘤升白超微饮片对骨髓抑制小鼠造血细胞因子的影响。同时比较抗瘤升白超微饮片、抗瘤升白片与地榆升白片的疗效。方法:将60只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地榆升白组、抗瘤升白组、抗瘤升白超微软片组,分别给予相应药物灌胃,连续21d。给药第11天,对除正常组外的其余组小鼠连续3d腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备骨髓抑制模型,再将每组随机分为2小组。分别于造模开始后第4、11天分小组通过外周血常规的计数法、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对外周血常规的变化及造血微环境中红细胞生成素(EPO)、血小板生成素(TP0)、粒细胞集落刺激因子(GM—CSF)的变化进行检测。结果:抗瘤升白超微饮片、抗瘤升白片均能促进骨髓抑制模型小鼠骨髓微环境中EPO、TPO、GM—CSF的表达,提高骨髓抑制小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞和血小板计数。结论:抗瘤升白超微饮片、抗瘤升白片均能改善骨髓抑制小鼠的造血功能,疗效与地榆升白片相当,抗瘤升白超微饮片早期疗效优于地榆升白片。

Effects of Kangliu Shengbai ultrafine decoction pieces on hematopoietic cytokines in mice with bone marrow suppression

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Kangliu Shengbai ultrafine decoction pieces on hematopoietic cytokines in mice with bone marrow suppression and to compare the efficacy between Kangliu Shengbai ultrafine decoction pieces,Kangliu Shengbai tablets, and Diyu Shengbai tablets. Methods:Sixty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Diyu Shengbai tablet group, Kangliu Shengbai tablet group, and Kangliu Shengbai ultrafine decoction piece group to receive respective treatments by gavage for 21 d. On day 11 of administration,all mice except those in normal group were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide for 3 d to establish a model of bone marrow suppression; then, each group was randomly divided into two subgroups. On days 4 and 11 while the mod- el was being established, peripheral blood routine test and enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay were performed in each subgroup to eval- uate the changes in peripheral blood routine as well as erythropoietin ( EPO), thrombopoietin ( TPO), and granulocyte colony - stimulating factor (G- CSF) in the hematopoietic microenvironment. Results:Kangliu Shengbai uhrafine decoction pieces and Kangliu Shengbai tab- lets promoted the expression of EPO,TPO,and G- CSF in the bone marrow microenvironment and increased white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets in peripheral blood among mice with bone marrow suppression. Conclusiou:Kangliu Shengbai ultrafine decoction pieces and Kangliu Shengbai tablets can improve the hematopoietic function in mice with bone marrow suppression, with comparable efficacy to Diyu Shengbai tablets;Kangliu Shengbai uhrafine decoction pieces have better early efficacy than Diyu Shengbai tablets.
