胃复康胶囊质量标准的研究

目的：建立胃复康胶囊的质量标准。方法：以十八烷基硅炕键合硅胶为填充剂，采用C-18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（三乙胺调PH值至6．0，55：45），检测波长为280nm。结果：胃复康胶囊中浙贝母、甘草、枳壳薄层色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点；延胡索乙素0．128～0．768μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为96．76％，RSD为1．24％，平均每粒胃康胶囊中含延胡索乙素0．384mg／g。结论：经试验，确定本方法准确可行，操作简便，可做本品的质量控制。

Study on quality standard for Weifukang capsules

Objective ：To establish the quality standard for Weifukang capsules. Methods： Octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica gel was used as a filler,and a C18 chromatographic column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm） was adopted;high -performance liquid chro- matography （HPLC） was performed with a mobile phase of methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid （ pH 6. O, adjusted with triethylamine ; 55：45） at a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Resuhs：Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Glycyrrhizae,and Fructus Aurantii in Weifukang cap- sules showed spots of the same color on a thin - layer chromatogram corresponding to reference spots. For tetrahydropalmatine, a good linear relationship was found within 0. 128 -0. 768μg, and the average recovery rate was 96. 76% （ RSD = 1.24% ）. The average con- tent of tetrahydropalmatine in each Weifukang capsule was 0. 384 mg/g. Conclusion：This HPLC method is accurate, feasible, and easy to operate and can be used for the quality control of Weifukang capsules.
