安胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达的影响

目的：探讨安胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达的影响。方法：将48只清洁级健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、病理模型组、安胃汤组、胃复春对照组，每组12只。对除空白组外的其余组大鼠采用MNNG液制备慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型。造模成功后各组灌胃给药3周。采用RT—PCR测定大鼠胃组织GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达水平。结果：与病理模型组比较，安胃汤组和胃复春GATA-4mRNA／β-actin值、GATA-5mRNA／β-actin值、GATA-6mRNA／β-actin值均显著提高（P〈0．01），安胃汤组高于胃复春对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论：安胃汤可能通过增加胃黏膜GATA-4、GATA-5、GATA-6mRNA表达而起到治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用。

Effects of Anwei decoction on mRNA expression of GATA - 4, GATA - 5, and GATA - 6 in rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective：To investigate the effects of Anwei decoction on the mRN A expression of G ATA-4, G ATA- 5 ,and G ATA-6 in a rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods ：Forty -eight healthy male Wistar rats （clean grade） were randomly and equally divided into blank group ,pathological model group,Anwei decoction group ,and Weifuchtm control group. All rats except those in blank group were treated with MNNG liquid to establish a rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis. Then,all the groups received respective treatments by gavage for 3 weeks. The mRNA expression of GATA -4, GATA -5 ,and GATA -6 in gastric tissue was measured by RT- PCIL Results ：Compared with the pathological model group ,the Anwei decoction group and Weifuchun control group had significantly increased GATA -4 mRNA/β -actin ra- tio, GATA -5 mRNA,/β -actin ratio ,and GATA -6 rnRNA/β -aetin ratio （ P 〈0. 01 ） ,and the Anwei decoction group was significantly supe- rior to the Weifuchun control group （P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion：Anwei decoction is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,pos- sibly by increasing the mRNA expression of GATA-4, GATA- 5 ,and GATA-6 in the gastric mucosa.
