山橿正丁醇部位成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究山橿(Lindera reflexa Hemsl)正丁醇提取部位的化学成分。方法:用色谱方法进行分离,用波谱学方法鉴定其化合物结构。结果:分离得到1个化合物银松素。结论:银松素为首次从山橿正丁醇提取部位分得。

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Radix Linderae Reflexae of n-butanol part.Method:The constituents were isolated by methods of column chromatography,preparative HPLC,and then their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods.Result:A compound was obtained and identified as pinosylvin.Conclusion:Pinosylvin was isolated from this plant of n-butanol part for the first time.
