| 摘 要： | 目的对传染病医院各类环境、医务人员手卫生和消毒灭菌措施的消毒质量进行监测，并结合同期医院感染情况进行分析。方法于1999-2008年定期对传染病医院各类环境、医护人员手部、消毒物品、灭菌物品、压力蒸气灭菌器、环氧乙烷灭菌器、紫外线消毒灯等进行现场采样和监测，并统计同期院内感染情况并进行合理分析。结果10年内医院各类监测平均合格率为92．59％，各类消毒监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势，而同期院内感染率逐年下降。结论传染病医院消毒质量直接影响院内感染情况，我院院内感染得到基本控制。
