消化道恶性肿瘤的关联性和地区聚集性的对应分析

目的 探讨4种消化道恶性肿瘤的关联性和地区聚集性。方法 应用对应分析对福建省67个县市的4种消化道恶性肿瘤的死亡率进行分析。结果 4种消化道恶性肿瘤在因子负荷图上的点均相距较远，中部地区的胃癌死亡率要高于其他地区，东南地区的肝癌死亡率较高，西北地区的肠癌死亡率较高，西南地区的食管癌死亡率较高。结论 4种消化道恶性肿瘤的发生未见有明显的相关关系。但都具有明显的地区聚集性。对应分析应用于多种疾病的地区聚集性分析可获得良好效果。

Study on Statistical Association and District Clustering for Alimentary Canal Tumor by Correspondence Analysis

Objective Analyze relationship among different alimentary canal tumors and relationship between district and alimentary tumors.Methods The mortality of four kinds of alimentary canal tumor in Fujian was analyzed by Correspondence Analysis.Results The points of four kinds of alimentary canal tumor are far away one another in the loading chart of correspondence Analysis.The mortality of esophageal cancer in the southwest Fujian,the mortality of liver cancer in the southeast Fujian,the mortality of intestinal cancer in the northwest Fujian and the mortality of gastric cancer in the middle Fujian was higher than those in the other districts.Conclusion There is no significant relation among four kinds of alimentary canal tumor,but there is obvious district clustering.It is feasible to analyze the district clustering of different diseases by correspondence analysis.
