输血科卫生消毒质量管理与监测

为了解输血科卫生消毒质量及监测效果,以便为科学管理提供依据。采用抽样检测方法,对室内环境、空气及工作人员手卫生状况和消毒效果进行了观察。结果,以多功能循环风空气洁净器作用30m in后以及在有人工作期间,可保持室内空气自然菌总菌数在200 cfu/m3以下。用含有效氯250 mg/L含氯消毒剂溶液擦拭地面和物体表面,使物体表面自然菌总数下降率为90%以上,菌数保持在10 cfu/cm2以下。工作人员及献血员手的皮肤用含2500 mg/L有效碘的碘伏消毒液擦拭2遍消毒,可使皮肤上自然菌总数下降率达到90%以上,保持细菌数在10cfu/cm2以下。结论,输血科内环境及工作人员手坚持用常规消毒方法,加强管理,可以确保卫生消毒质量达到合格要求。

ADMINISTRATION AND MONITORING OF SANITARY DISINFECTION QUALITY IN DEPARTMENT IN BLOOD TRANSFUSION

In order to know the sanitary disinfection quality and minitoring efficacy in department of blood tranfusion so as to provide the basis for scientific administration,sampling examination method was used to observe the hygiemic status and disinfection efficacy of indoor environment,air and hands of staffs.Results: After operation of multi-functional circulating-wind air-purifier for 30 min and during the period of working,the total natural bacterial count in indoor air could be kept at lower than 200 cfu/m~3.Mopping the floor and wiping the surfaces with chlorine-containing disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 250 mg/L reduced the total natural bacterial count on surfaces by over 90%,enabling the bacterial count to be kept at lower than 10 cfu/m~2.The skin of hands of staffs and donors was disinfected by wiping twice with iodophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 2500 mg/L,which could reduce the total natural bacterial count on skin by over 90%,enabling the bacterial count to be kept at lower than 10 cfu/m~2.Conclusion: Insisting on routine disinfection of indoor environment and hands of staffs in department of blood transfusion and strengthening administration can ensure that the sanitary disinfection quality can fulfil the eligible requirement.
