对三级医疗机构干预前后消毒卫生状况的调查

[目的]对县、镇（乡）、村三级基层医疗机构的消毒措施进行干预,探索适合于提高三级基层医疗机构消毒卫生效果的方法,降低医源性感染的隐患和传染病暴发的危险,并为本省卫生政策的改进和实施提供数据和经验。[方法]现场采样检测物品表面、手、空气、使用中消毒剂的微生物污染情况,并对结果进行分析。[结果]干预后各指标都有一定幅度的上升。[结论]消毒卫生知识的提高和意识的强化以及消毒卫生硬件环境的改善和行政监督的加强是保证消毒效果的重要因素。

SURVEY ON THE STATUS OF DISINFECTION HYGIENE AMONG MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF THREE GRADES

[Objective]To give intervention on disinfection measures in medical establishments of three grades including county,town and village,to further explore the feasible methods of improving disinfectant efficacy,so as to decrease the possibility of hospital infection and outbreak of infectious disease,and provide scientific evidence for the improvement and implementation of health policy.[Methods]By the method of field sampling,the key indexes of disinfectant efficacy were detected,including the microbial contamination of object surface,hands of medical staff and disinfectant in use,and the status of air disinfection,then the obtained results were analyzed.[Results]All kinds of indexes after intervention had well improvement by certain degree.[Conclusions]The key factors of assuring disinfectant efficacy of primary medical establishments are strengthening the medical staff's knowledge and consciousness of hospital infection,improving hardware setting of disinfection hygiene,and strengthening administrative supervision.
