依那普利联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤的临床观察

目的 观察依那普利联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性心房颤动的疗效.方法 71例阵发性心房颤动病人随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组35例,每日口服依那普利5 mg,胺碘酮0.2 g;对照组36例,每日口服胺碘酮0.2 g,共治疗2年.结果 治疗组2例、对照组7例发生持续性心房颤动(P<0.05).治疗组2例、对照组8例发生缺血性脑卒中(P<0.05).治疗组阵发性心房颤动发作次数较对照组显著减少.结论 依那普利联合胺碘酮较单用胺碘酮可显著减少阵发性心房颤动的发作.

Enalapril and amiodarone in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe the efficacy of enalapril and amiodarone in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods Seventy-one paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were randomized into the treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=36).The patients in the treatment group received enalapril 5 mg and amiodarone 0.2 g orally per day.The patients in the control group receive amiodarone 0.2 g orally per day.The treatment periods were two years.Results Two patients in the treatment group and seven patients in control group progressed into persistent atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).Two patients in the treatment group and eight patients in control group occurred ischemic stroke(P<0.05).The occurrence of atrial fibrillation significantly reduced in treatment group compared with control group.Conclusion Enalapril and amiodarone may significantly reduce the occurrence of atrial fibrillation compared with amiodarone.
