血浆纤维蛋白原水平在冠心病诊断中的价值评估

[摘要] 目的：探讨血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)浓度对冠心病发生的预测价值。方法：回顾性分析769例冠状动脉造影患者，根据造影结果分为冠心病组501例和非冠心病组268例，观察血浆纤维蛋白原水平与冠心病的关系。结果：冠心病组血浆纤维蛋白原浓度高于非冠心病组。三支、闭塞病变的冠心病组血浆纤维蛋白原水平较高；Logistic回归显示，高纤维蛋白原血症是冠心病的独立危险因素。结论：血浆纤维蛋白原水平与冠脉病变紧密相关，高纤维蛋白原血症是预测冠心病的一个独立的危险因素。

The analysis of relationship between Serum Fibrinogen(Fg) and coronary artery disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of serum fibrinogen(Fg)and coronary artery disease(CHD).Methods The level of serum Fg and its relationship with CHD in 769 cases underwent coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed.Results The Fg level of CHD group was significantly higher than that of Non-CHD group.Among the CHD patients,the Fg level of patients with TVD and occllusion lesion was much higher.It indicated by Logistic regression analysis that the high Fg level may be one of the independent risk factors of CHD.Conclusion The serum concentration of Fg is relative to CHD and might be valuable in the determination of CHD.
