| 摘 要： | 目的:建立反相高效液相法测定妇良胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20:68);检测波长为316nm。结果:阿魏酸在0.0328～0.328μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.82%,RSD=1.50%。结论:该方法不仅操作简单、准确,且重复性好,可用于妇良胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study a RP-HPLC method that determined the content of Ferulic acid in Fuliang Jiaonang. Methods.. Ferulic acid was separated completely on an C18 column, using a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution （20： 68） as mobile phase, with UV detection at 316nm Results： Ferulic acid has better linear correlation between 0. 0328/μg and 0.328μg（r=0. 9999）, the results also have shown the recovery stable and accurate, and has good reappearance. It can be used rate was 97. 82%, RSD=1.50%. Conclusion： The method is very for quality control of Fuliang Jiaonang. |
