中医药防治脓毒症的研究进展

脓毒症给医疗卫生行业和国家经济带来极大负担,且抗感染治疗所使用的抗生素也会造成耐药菌的产生、不良反应的发生,降低了疗效和患者的生活质量。但随着中医药治疗脓毒症的研究的不断深入,在减少耐药菌的产生、改变耐药菌或泛耐药菌的耐药性、预防多重感染的发生、应对炎症反应和免疫损害、治疗胃肠功能障碍和凝血功能紊乱等问题上,中医药的思路方法逐渐发挥其优势。近年来,随着临床研究的不断开展,关于中医药方法治疗脓毒症,尤其是血必净注射液的疗效得到广泛认可。除此之外,关于中成药、汤剂、针灸、穴位贴敷等方法治疗脓毒症的临床研究越来越多,对降低脓毒症患者的病死率、降低炎性指标、凝血指标起到重要作用。但因脓毒症的病理生理机制的不明确、病情进展迅速、耐药菌耐药的问题,我们的任务仍然艰巨。期待更多高质量的研究产生,也期待更加个体化、精细化的治疗方案的出现。
