光学药物压抑法辅助综合疗法对屈光不正性弱视儿童治疗依从性及P-VEP的影响

目的:探究光学药物压抑法辅助综合疗法对屈光不正性弱视儿童图形视觉诱发电位及治疗依从性的影响.方法:选择2014-10/2015-10收治的122例189眼屈光不正性弱视患儿为研究对象,根据入院时间按照单双号分为观察组61例95眼和对照组61例94眼,对照组给予综合治疗仪、激光、CAM训练等综合疗法,观察组联合光学药物压抑法,治疗4mo后,比较两组治疗依从性、图形视觉诱发电位、临床疗效等指标.结果:治疗4mo后,观察组有效率(92.6%)明显高于对照组(81.9%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.895,P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(83.6%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.895,P<0.05);观察组P100波幅(15.18±1.68μV)明显高于对照组(12.34±1.34μV),而观察组P100潜伏期(93.75±10.01ms)明显低于对照组(106.37±10.21ms),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.322、7.865,P<0.05、<0.001).结论:光学药物压抑法辅助综合疗法有助于提高屈光不正性弱视儿童视力水平,可能与增强儿童治疗依从性、调节图形视觉诱发电位等有关.

Impact on compliance and pattern visual evoked potential of optical drugs suppress combine with auxiliary therapy for children with ametropic amblyopia

AIM:To study the impact on compliance and pattern visual evoked potential of optical drugs suppress combine with auxiliary therapy for children with ametropic amblyopia.METHODS:Totally 122 cases (189 eyes) children with ametropic amblyopia from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into observation group,61 cases (95 eyes) and control group,61 cases (94 eyes).The control group given comprehensive therapeutic apparatus,CAM training comprehensive therapy,the observation group received above-mentioned combined with optical drugs suppress therapy.At 4mo after treatment,therapy compliance,pattern visual evoked potential,clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.RESULTS:At 4mo after treatment,the efficient rate of observation group was 92.6% which was significantly higher than that of control group 81.9% (χ2=4.895,P<0.05).Therapy compliance rate was 96.7%,significantly higher than that of control group 83.6% (χ2=4.895,P<0.05).P100 amplitude of observation group (15.18±1.68μV) was significantly higher than that of the control group (12.34±1.34μV).P100 latency of observation group (93.75±10.01ms) was significantly lower than the control group(106.37±10.21ms) (t=10.322,7.865;P<0.05,P<0.001).CONCLUSION:Optical drugs suppress combine auxiliary therapy helps to improve visual acuity level in children with ametropic amblyopia,which may be related to enhance children`s compliance,adjust pattern visual evoked potential.
