摘    要:波利尼西亚土著将诺丽(noni,海巴戟Morinda citrifolia)作为民间药物使用已有2 000多年历史,其化学成分主要包括蒽醌类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、萜类、糖苷类等,因其具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、调节免疫、抗糖尿病、保护肝脏、保护心血管等多种生物活性及保健功能而备受关注。对诺丽的化学成分及药理活性进行综述,以期为进一步合理开发和综合利用诺丽资源提供参考。

Abstract:Noni (Morinda citrifolia) has been extensively used as folk medicine by Polynesians for more than 2000 years, which mainly contains anthraquinones, phenylpropanoids, flavonoids, terpenes, glycosides, and many other compounds. It receives continuous attention for its variety of medicinal value and health care functions, such as antimicrobial, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticancer, immunoregulation, antidiabetic, liver protection, cardiovascular protection, and so on. The recent progress in the studies of chemical constituents and their pharmacological activities of this plant are reviewed in this paper by systematic literature research for providing the reference for the further development and comprehensive utilization of the resources of M. citrifolia.
