| 摘 要： | 目的了解甘肃省部分地区健康儿童麻疹抗体水平。方法2004~2005年对7个县(区)随机采集726份血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验进行抗体监测。结果健康儿童麻疹抗体阳性率为95.45%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶1 007.69,2005年麻疹抗体阳性率和GMT均高于2004年。不同年龄组健康儿童麻疹抗体阳性率差异无显著的统计学意义。结论甘肃省部分地区儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗预防接种存在薄弱环节。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to know the immunization status of measles for the ordinary children.Methods 726 serum samples were randomly selected from ordinary children,which were detected IgG by ELISA in Gansu Province during 2004-2005 Results The positive rate of IgG was 95.45%,the mean geometric titer was 1007.69,which is higher in 2005 than in 2004.The level of IgG in ordinary children was not significant different in different groups.The positive rate of antibody between different areas were significant different.IgG of measles(88.68%) and the GMT(548.46)in Zhuoni County were low.Conclusion The results revealed that the EPI work was weak in some areas in Gansu. |
