| 摘 要： | 目的 以MR电影相位对比法测量为参照,分析经颅多普勒超声（TCD）在后循环缺血诊断中的作用.方法 选取24例后循环缺血的患者,TCD及MR电影相位对比法分别测量椎动脉的流速.结果 TCD与MR两种技术所测得的椎动脉血流速度呈高度相关性（左侧r=0.885,P=0.015;右侧r=0.788,P=0.024）.结论 TCD检查可以作为后循环缺血的可靠诊断依据.

| Abstract: | Objective With cine phase - contrast MR as a reference, to analyze the value of transcranial Doppler in diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia （ PCI ）. Methods Twenty - four patients with posterior circulation ischemia were enrolled in this study, flow velocity of vertebral artery was measured by cine phase - contrast MR and TCD. Results There was good correlation of flow velocity of vertebral artery between cine phase - contrast MR and TCD measurement （ Lr = 0. 885,P = 0. 015 ; r =0,788,P = 0. 024）. Conclusion TCD is a reliable method for diagnosis of posterior circulation ischemia. |
