| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海地区汉族脑梗死患者Fas基因-670A/G多态性和等位基因频率的分布情况,探讨其多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP),对156例脑梗死患者和95名健康老年人的Fas基因-670A/G位点进行基因分型,计算等位基因的频率分布。结果脑梗死组与老年健康对照组的AA、AG、GG基因型频率分别为28.21%、56.41%、15.38%与42.11%、45.26%、12.63%;A、G等位基因频率分别为56.41%、43.59%与64.74%、35.26%,2组间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑梗死组的(AG+GG)型的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显低于(AG+GG)型的健康老年对照组,而低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平则明显高于健康老年对照组的(AG+GG)型,脑梗死组的AA型的三酰甘油(TG)水平明显高于健康老年对照组的AA型,其HDL-C水平明显低于健康老年对照组的AA型。结论Fas基因启动子670A/G位点的单核苷酸多态性与脑梗死的发生无关。
