三种根型牙种植体临床应用的疗效观察

目的：比较三种根型种植体在牙列缺损修复中的应用疗效，方法：分为即刻植入组与常规植入组，共为120例牙列缺损患者植入了160枚三种不同形状的根型种植体，对上述三类种植体的存留率进行了比较。结果：经半年至四年的临床观察，即刻植入组的存留率为90．0％，常规植入的存留率为96．9％，在即刻植入组，FRIALIT－2种植体的存留率（95．0％）高于IMZ种植体（80－％），在常规植入组，三种种植体的存留率基本一致。结论：常规植入组的疗效优于即刻植入组，即刻植入组中圆锥状FRIALIT－2种植体的疗效优于圆柱状的IMZ种植体。

A clinical evaluation on three systems of root- form dental implants using in partial edentulism

Objective: To evaluate the success of osseointegrated implants of the IMZ, Frailit-2, and BLB systems using in partial edentulism. Methods:The totally 160 implants, which include 66 frialit-2 implants, 66 IMZ implants and 28 BLB implants, were inserted in 120 patients with partial edentulism .The success rates of three systems of implants used in immediate implant placement group and routine implant placement group were compared with each other. Results: By following-up from 6 months to 4 years, overall success has been 90.0% in immediate implant placement group; overall success has been 96.9% in routine implant placement group. The success rate of frialit-2 implants (95.0%) is higher than that of IMZ implants (80%) in immediate placement group. The success rates are similar between three types of implants in routine implant placement group. Conclusion: The success rate of routine implant placement group is better than that of immediate implant placement group; the success rate of frialit-2 implants is better than that of IMZ implants in immediate implant placement group.
