| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道汽化电切术治疗高危患者前列腺增生症的疗效。方法对43例高危前列腺增生症患者行经尿道汽化电切术治疗,并观察疗效。结果全部患者均安全度过围手术期,随访6~48个月;43例排尿功能均恢复良好,国际前列腺症状评分由术前的(30.0±1.5)分降至(11.5±1.3)分,残余尿量由术前的(92±30)mL降至(25±15)mL,最大尿流率提高14 mL。结论经尿道汽化电切术治疗高危患者前列腺增生症疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of transurethral electrocision for treatment of high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate. Methods Forty-three high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate were treated with transurethral electrocision, and curative effect was observed. Results All patients were safe aroud operation, and were followed for 6 - 48 monthes. The urinary function of all patients recovered goodly. The international prostate symptomatic score from 30.0 ± 1.5 decreased to 11.5 ± 1.3 ,the residual urine volume from 92 ±30 mL to 25 ±15 mL. The biggest urine flow rate increased 14 mL. Conclusion The curative effect of using transurethral electrocision to teated the high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate Was good. |
