士的宁对丙泊酚、氯胺酮和依托咪酯催眠作用的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨士的宁敏感的甘氨酸受体与静脉麻醉药丙泊酚、氯胺酮、依托咪酯催眠作用的关系。方法:小鼠腹腔注射静脉麻醉药丙泊酚、氯胺酮和依托咪酯建立催眠模型,在催醒实验中分别观察侧脑室注射不同剂量士的宁对小鼠睡眠时间的影响。结果:侧脑室注射士的宁可以缩短丙泊酚和依托咪酯麻醉小鼠的睡眠时间(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),但不能缩短氯胺酮麻醉小鼠的睡眠时间(P〉0.05)。结论:士的宁敏感的甘氨酸受体可能介导了丙泊酚和依托咪酯的催眠作用,但与氯胺酮的催眠作用关系不大。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the reltionship between strychnine-sensitive glycine receptors and propofol,ketamine and etomidiate on the effects of hypnotic.Methods:After having established the mice model of hypnosis by intraperitoneally injecting(i.p.) appropriate doses of propofol、ketamine and etomidiate,we intracerebroventricularly(i.c.v.) different doses of strychnine and observed effects on the sleeping time(ST) by using awaken test.Results:Injection of 1,2 and 4μg strychnine(i.c.v.) decreased sleeping time of the mice treated with propofol and etomidiate(P0.05 or P0.01),but can not decreased sleeping time of ketamine(P0.05).Conclusions:Strychnine-sensitive glycine receptor may mediate the hypnotic effects of propofol and etomidiate,but it may have little effect of ketamine.
