| 摘 要： | 目的：比较老年与非老年2型糖尿病在病情、合并症和代谢方面的异同。方法：180例2型糖尿病人被分成≥60岁发病的老年2型糖尿病组91组），＜60岁发病的老年2型糖尿病组（2组），＜60岁的的非老年2型糖尿病组（3组）。观察并比较空腹血糖、尿糖、血脂、血尿素氮、血尿酸及合并症情况。结果：3组的尿糖阳性率高于其他两组（P＜0．01），1组的血尿酸明显高于其他两组（P＜0．01），1、2组的甘油三酯高于3组（P＜0．05），其余生化指标三组间无差异，1、2组的高血压、冠心病、脑血管病的发病率明显高于3组（P＜0．01），且2组高于1组（P＜0．05）。结论：老年糖尿病临床特点有血糖与尿糖不平行，高甘油三酯血症，心脑血管合并症多，提示与糖尿病病程及衰老有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical characteristics of the aging and no-aging patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 180 cases of diabetes were divided into 3 groups. The FBG, lipema, glucose in urine, BUN,UA and complications were compared. Results There were differences among groups in glucose in urine, UA, TG and complications. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of patients with diabetes in the elderly include that the FBG is not simultameous with glucose in urine, hypertriglycerimia, more cardiocere-bralvascular complications. It suggests that it is associated with duration and aging. |
