赶山鞭中黄酮类化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究赶山鞭的黄酮类化学成分。方法应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,采用MS,NMR等波谱鉴定结构。结果从赶山鞭中分到了11个黄酮化合物,分别为5,7,3′,4′-四羟基黄烷醇(Ⅰ)、山萘酚(Ⅱ)、C-3/C-8″双芹菜素(Ⅲ)、槲皮素(Ⅳ)、槲皮素-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、槲皮素-3′-O-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅵ)、金丝桃苷(Ⅶ)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基二氢黄酮醇-3-O-鼠李糖苷(Ⅷ)、槲皮素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、异槲皮苷(X)、槲皮苷(Ⅺ)。结论黄酮类化合物是赶山鞭主要的化学成分,其中化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ为首次在该植物中分到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of flavonids in Hypericum attenuatum Chois. METHODS Various chro-matographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.The spectral data(MS and NMR) were obtained for structure elucidation. RESULTS Eleven compounds of flavonids were elucidated as 5,7,3′ ,4′-tetrahydroxyflavanol(Ⅰ), kaempferol(Ⅱ) , C-3/C-8″ biapi-genin(Ⅲ), quercetin(Ⅳ) ,quercetin-3′-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅴ), quercetin-3′-O-L-rhamnoside(Ⅵ) , hyperin(Ⅶ), 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-dihydroflavanol-3-O-L-rhamnoside(Ⅷ), quercetin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅸ), isoquerecitrin (Ⅹ), querecitrin ( Ⅺ). CONCLUSION Flavonids are the main chemical constituents of Hypericum attenuatum Chois. Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅴ , Ⅵ,Ⅷand Ⅸare isolated from this plant for the first time.
