| 摘 要： | 总结戴恩来教授治疗慢性肾孟肾炎经验。戴恩来教授认为慢性肾孟肾炎的病机特点是本虚标实，本虚在肾，标实责之于血瘀和湿热。治疗当分别标本缓急，发作时治标，缓解时治本，迁延时标本兼顾，选方多用参芪地黄汤和尿感汤权衡化裁。

| Abstract: | Summarized Dai Enlai＇ s experience on treating chronic pyonephrosis. Professor Dai Enlai thinks that the pathogenesis characteristics of chronic pyonephrosis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The origin deficiency is in kidney and superficiality excess is due to blood stasis and damp-heat. Treats superficiality in attack stage and origin in remission stage, and gives consideration to superficiality and origin in persisting stage. He usually takes Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and Niaogan Decoction to treat chronic pyonephrosis. |
