米氟米特联合激素治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的疗效

目的：观察来氟米特联合激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效和安全性.方法：我们选择36例难治性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予来氟米特联合激素治疗,对照组为一般剂量的激素加晓悉或环磷酰胺,共观察12周,观察指标为血常规、尿常规、24尿蛋白定量、肝功能、肾功能、以及药物的副作用.结果：治疗12周后尿蛋白完全缓解：治疗组：7例,占38.9%,对照组：6例,占33.3%;部分缓解：治疗组：9例,占50.0%,总有效率为88.9%;对照组：5例,占27.8%,总有效率为61.1%.结论：来氟米特对大部分难治性肾病综合征的治疗安全可靠,值得临床推广.

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON LEFLUNOMIDE IN THE TREATMENT OF REFRACTORINESS NEPHROTIC SYNDROME

Objective:To observe the curative effects and safeties of Leflunomide unites Hormone on the treatment of refractoriness nephritic syndrome.Methods:36 cases suffering refractoriness nephritic syndromes were choosed and divided into 2 groups(cure group and control group) randomly.The cure group took the Leflunomide unites prednisone orally and at the same time the control group took the common dose prednisone unites Myconphenolate mofetil(MMF) or Cyclophosphamide for 12 weeks.The observed indexes include blood routine,urine routine,24 hours urine protein quantitation,hepatic function,renal function and pharmacal side effects.Result:36 sufferers accepted the treatment for 12 weeks,in cure group, 7 cases met complete remission level,accounted for 38.9%,as well as 6 cases in the control group,accounted for 33.3%;on the partial remission level,9 cases in cure group met it,accounted for 50.0%,with the total effective rate 88.9%,as well as 5 cases in control group accounted for 27.8%,with total effective rate 61.1%.Conclusion:Leflunomide treatment for bulk refractoriness nephritic syndromes was effective and safety,deserving the clinical expansion application.
