妇幼机构如何加快社区妇幼卫生发展与思考

社区妇幼保健服务是集预防保健、计划生育指导于一体，实现人人享有基本卫生保健的起始途径，同时也是基本公共卫生的主要工作之一。发展社区妇幼保健服务成为妇幼保健服务改革发展的必然趋势。本文通过分析目前妇幼保健服务存在问题、难点问题得出：要充分发挥政府主导作用，建立社区妇幼保健服务补偿机制，强化妇幼保健服务网络建设；要完善社区妇幼保健服务功能，加强社区妇幼保健人才队伍建设，配套改善社区妇幼机构硬件设施。积极探索构建以社区妇幼卫生服务为基础，社区妇幼卫生与Ⅲ级妇幼保健机构分工合理、层级分明、资源共享的新型妇幼卫生服务体系，以改善妇女儿童生活环境，使妇女儿童真正享有基本健康保健服务。

Thinking on Development of Community Maternal and Children Health Care

Maternal and child health services integrate the prevention health care, medical rehabilitation, health education and family planning guidance with a low-cost and high efficiency. It can meet the basic health needs of people and achieve access to basic health care. It is not only the important content to promote fairness, maintaining social stability and building a harmonious society, but also one of the major works of basic public health. Maternal and child health care services directly to the 2/3 population of all the women and children, therefore, it has become an inevitable trend of the reform of the maternal and child health services to develop the community maternal and child health services. In this paper,by analyzing the existence of the current difficult problems of maternal and child health services comes to next ： give full play to the role of government-led, to establish a compensation mechanism of community-based maternal and child health services, make full use of the talent, technology, brands, resources of Ⅲ-class institutions of maternal and child health care, to strengthen maternal and child health services network constrnction, improve the function and hardware facilities of community maternal and child health services. Explore the construction of a community-based maternal and child health services, community-level maternal and child health and maternal and child health Ⅲ -class agencies, reasonable division of labor, the work of convergence, the level of clear, close collaboration, the sharing of resources of the new maternal and child health service system. To improve the living conditions of women and children, and protect women and children access to basic health care services.
