兰州市蟑螂种群密度及侵害情况的调查研究

摘    要:目的了解兰州市蟑螂侵害和密度季节消长,为蟑螂防治提供科学依据。方法用粘捕法进行调查。结果在各类环境共捕获蟑螂9 840只,均为德国小蠊,平均侵害率为23.50%,密度为4.62只/张。侵害率宾馆(60.67%)>居民区(26.94%)>餐饮(19.03%)>农贸市场(13.60%)>医院(1.67%);密度宾馆(11.63只/张)>居民区(5.07只/张)>农贸市场(4.07只/张)>餐饮(3.46只/张)>医院(0.05只/张);6~11月密度达6.23~8.99只/张。结论德国小蠊为优势种群,活动高峰在夏秋季,宾馆、居民区和餐饮单位密度较高,应加强蟑螂监测和防治工作。

Abstract:Objective To research the densities and its seasonal dynamics of cockroach in Lanzhou city. Methods Sticky traps method. Results Totally 9 840 cockroaches were caught in five different environments in Lanzhou city in 2006.They were all Blattella germanica.The average infestation rate reached 23.50%.The average index of density was 4.62 pieces.The infestation rate were hotels(60.67%)>dweller houses(26.94%)>catering trades(19.03%)>farm products markets(13.60%)>hospitals(1.67%).The index of density were hotels(11.63)>dweller houses(5.07)>farm products markets(4.07) >catering trades(3.46) >hospitals(0.05).The average index of density were 6.23 to 8.99 pieces from June to November. Conclusion Blattella germanica is the predominant species in various environments,and the peaking of the population density is in summer and autumn.There are high density of cockroaches in hotel,dweller houses and catering trades.Therefore cockroach monitor and control should be reinforced.
