脑脉安胶囊对痰瘀阻络型急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血浆内皮素的影响

目的观察脑脉安胶囊对痰瘀阻络型急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血浆内皮素（ET）的影响。方法将88例经确诊的痰瘀阻络型急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组44例,2组的基础治疗相同,治疗组加服脑脉安胶囊,对照组加服尼莫地平＋阿斯匹林。观察2组治疗前后神经功能评分（ESS）及ET变化。结果治疗2周后,治疗组治疗后ESS显著改善,ET水平明显降低,并优于对照组（P＆lt;0.001）。结论脑脉安胶囊对痰瘀阻络型急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效确切。

Curative effect of Naomai`an Capsules in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its influence on plasma endothelin

Objective To observe the curative effect of Naomai＇an Capsules in patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI） of syndrome type of phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals and its influence on plasma endothelin （ET）. Method The patients with diagnosed ACI of syndrome type of phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals （n=88） were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group （each n=44）. Two groups had the same basic treatment and then the treatment group was given Naomai＇an Capsules orally and the control group, nimodipine and aspirin orally. The changes of European stroke scale （ESS） and ET were observed in two groups before and after the treatment. Result After treatment for 2 weeks ESS was improved and ET level was decreased significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Naomai＇an Capsules has a reliable curative effect on ACI of syndrome type of phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals.
