摘    要:3种消毒剂分别为含有效氯、二氧化氯和戊二醛的复方,为比较它们对细菌芽孢杀灭效果,采用载体定量杀菌试验方法分别进行了实验室观察。结果,以含有效氯2000mg/L的金强消毒液作用10min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为99.92%;含250mg/L二氧化氯的博谱消毒液作用1min,对该细菌芽孢杀灭率可达99.96%;用20g/L强化戊二醛消毒液作用6h,对该细菌芽孢杀灭率可达99.98%。结论,3种不同类型高效消毒剂对细菌芽孢杀灭效果有明显差别,以二氧化氯杀灭效果最好。

Abstract:Three compound disinfectants containing available chlorine, chlorine dioxide and glutaraldehyde respectively. In order to compare their efficacy in killing bacterial spores, carrier quantitative germicidal test method was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results: The Jin-Qiang disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/L with a 10 min contact time killed 99.92% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, the Bo-Pu disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 250 mg/L with a 1 min contact time killed 99.96% of the spores of this bacteria and the 20 g/L potentiated glutaraldehyde solution with a 6 h contact time killed 99.98% of the spores. Conclusion: The efficacy of 3 highly efficient disinfectants of different types in killing bacterial spores is obviously different, with chlorine dioxide having the best sporicidal efficacy.
