| 摘 要： | 本文应用免疫组化方法研究１０６例胃癌石蜡标本，ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２染色阳性２０例（１８．９％）。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２染色阳性同腹膜种植、肝转移、组织类型相关。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阴性表达五年生存率高于阳性表达，但无显著差异。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２对预后无显著性影响，ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２检测可帮助判断肿瘤转移。

| Abstract: | The expression of the oncogene c-erbB-2 was investigated immunohistochemically in 106 patients with gastric carcinomas. Abnormalities in c-erbB-2 expression were found in 20 patients (18.9%). Patients with hepatic metastases and peritoneal dissemission were more likely to have gene c-erbB-2 over expression than that in patients without hepatic metastasis or peritoneal dissemission. The 5-year survival rate in patients with c-erbB-2 protein negative was higher than that in patients with protein positive, but no significance. Measurement of c-erbB-2 may help to judge tumor metastases. |
