甲氨蝶呤联合复方甘草酸苷治疗周围型银屑病关节炎疗效观察

目的观察甲氨蝶呤（MTX）联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病关节炎（PsA）的疗效。方法将42例确诊为PsA（周围型）患者随机分成两组,A组（22人）为联合用药组、B组（20人）为MTX单药对照组,分别在治疗前以及治疗后12周记录全部患者的关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、PASI评分,计算关节及皮疹改善百分率〔（治疗前值一治疗后值）/治疗前值×100%〕,期间定期检查入组患者细胞分析、肝功能、血电解质,评价药物副反应。结果 A组患者皮疹、关节改善率均高于B组,具有统计学差异。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合MTX治疗PsA（周围型）的疗效优于单独MTX的疗效,同时减少了MTX的副作用的发生,提高了患者治疗疾病的依从性,因此MTX联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗PsA（周围型）不失为一个很好的选择。

Curative Effect Observation of Methotrexate Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Peripheral Type Psoriatic Arthritis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Methotrexate and Compound Glycyrrhizin in treating psoriatic arthritis. Method Distributed randomly 42 patients of psoriatic arthritis into unit A（ contain 22patients） and uint B（ contain 20 patients）,and recorded the swelling index of joint、tenderness index of joint and PASI score,then calculated the amendment percentage of skin rash and arthrosis[（ the numerous before therapia-the numerous after therapia） / the numerous before therap- iax 100%]. We tested the analyses of blood cells、Liver function and electrolyte in order to discover the side reaction of medicines. Result There were effective statisti- cs distinctions（ P〈 0. 05） bettewen unit A and uint B. Conclusion The efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Methotrexate in treating psoriatic arthritis is better zhan which of Methotrexate used alonly,at the same time Compound Glycyrrhizin can lower the side reaction of Methotrexate and elevate compliance. The therapeutic alliance of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Methotrexate is a good preference.
