对当前中药知识产权保护的几点思考

当前我国中药知识产权保护的现状令人担忧,中药知识产权正大规模流失.究其根源,一是保护意识淡薄;二是法规体系不完善;三是缺乏精通医药及知识产权知识的复合型人才.笔者认为,应强化意识;完善法规体系,采取多种保护方式;采取积极的人才战略,才能使我国中药行业抓住入世机遇,从容面对国际竞争.

Thinking of the Intellectual Property Protection for Traditional Chinese Medicines

This paper analyzed the current situation of intellectual property protection for traditional Chinese medicines and trace it to its source:(1) protection consciousness is faint; (2) the rules system is not complete; (3) lack the inter-disciplinary talents who master knowledge about both medicine and intellectual property right. It is suggested that we should strengthen consciousness, perfect the rules system, put many kinds of protected modes into practice and adopt positive strategy for expertise, which all could make the trade of traditional Chinese medicine of our country to catch the opportunity of entering the WTO, and be ready for facing the international competition.
