| 摘 要： | 采用连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗原位肝移植术后急性肾功能衰竭患4例。通过连续监测生命体征，准确记录每小时出入量，严格按配方配制透析液和置换液，预防感染，保持血管通路通畅等护理措施，保证了连续肾脏替代治疗顺利进行。
