《护理学基础》精品课程的建设与效果

目的通过《护理学基础》精品课程建设实践，进一步探索培养专业基础扎实、动手能力强的实用型护理人才的有效途径。方法参照国家教育部“高等学校教学质量和教学改革工程”文件精神及我校精品课程建设标准，对《护理学基础》课程从建设理念、培养方案、教师资源、教学内容、教师队伍、教学方法等方面进行深入研究与实践。结果2004级护理本科生《护理学基础》课程综合评价各项指标高于2003级护理本科生。结论《护理学基础》精品课程建设促进了《护理学基础》教学质量，提示课程建设要注重挖掘学校自身的优势和特色，针对存在的不足进行建设，才能取得精品课程建设的实效，实现学校人才培养目标。

The practice and effect of model course construction in Fundamental Nursing
