血府逐瘀汤、二陈汤对动脉粥样硬化家兔球结膜微循环的影响

摘    要:目的探讨活血化瘀代表方血府逐瘀汤、化痰代表方二陈汤对动脉粥样硬化家兔球结膜微循环的影响,并比较其作用间的差异。方法采用高脂喂饲复制家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、二陈汤组、血府逐瘀汤组,观察各组家兔球结膜微循环的变化。结果血府逐瘀汤组家兔球结膜微循环指标中囊性扩张、细静脉管径、红细胞聚集积分低于模型组(P<0.05),缺血区、微血管瘤、血色、出血、微血流速度以及形态、流态、管周、总积分明显低于模型组(P<0.01);二陈汤组各项指标与模型组比较无明显差别。两中药组比较,血府逐瘀汤组家兔微血管瘤、血色、红细胞聚集、微血流速度、出血、管周积分低于二陈汤组(P<0.05),缺血区、形态、流态、总积分明显低于二陈汤组(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤具有明显改善高脂喂饲致动脉粥样硬化家兔的球结膜微循环的作用,二陈汤无明显改善作用。

Effect of Xuefuzhuyutang and Erchentang on Bulbar Conjunctival Microcirculation in Experimental Atherosclerosis Rabbits

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Xuefuzhuyutang and Erchentang on bulbar conjunctival microcirculation in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits and distinguish the differences of the two recipes. Methods 28 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group, hypercholesterol group, Erchentang group, Xuefuzhuyutang group). The models were developed by fed high cholesterol diet, the changes of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation were detected at 10 weeks. Results Xuefuzhuyutang decreased the score values of the capsular dilatation, the diameter of microvein, the red blood cell aggregation (P <0.05) and remarkably decreased the score values of the ischemic areas, the microangium neoplasm, the blood color, the blooding, the blood flow velocity, the morpha, the flow profile, the blood vessel around, the integration (P <0.01) compared with hypercholesterol group. Xuefuzhuyutang decreased the score values of the microangium neoplasm, the blood color, the red blood cell aggregation, the diameter of microvein, the blooding, the blood vessel around (P <0.05) and remarkably decreased the score values of the ischemic areas, the morpha, the flow profile, the integration (P <0.01) compared with Erchentang group. Conclusions Xuefuzhuyutang can significantly improve bulbar conjunctival microcirculation in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits, while Erchentang can not.
