广东检验检疫局发现中国内地首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例

目的]总结中国内地首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例在口岸的发现与有效控制的经验，完善国境口岸公共卫生事件应急处置体系的建设。方法]在国境口岸，通过检疫查验、健康申报、流行病学调查、快速检测筛查、病人隔离医治、密切接触者跟踪调查、实验室诊断等方法，对口岸发现的发热病人进行登革热、疟疫、基孔肯雅热的排查与诊断，对出现的传染病疫情采取多部门联合行动，实施有针对性的预防控制措施。结果]根据流行病学史、临床症状和实验室的检查结果，确诊1名入境发热者为中国内地首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例；所采取的控制措施及时有效，避免了境外输入病例导致本地疫情的扩散。结论]对中国内地首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例的成功应急处理，为国境口岸处置输入性传染病疫情提供了成功模式，为口岸公共卫生事件应急处置体系的建设提供了宝贵的经验。

First Imported Chikungunya Fever Case at Guangzhou Baiyun International Port

Objective To summarize the confirmation and effective control of the first case of imported Chikungunya fever mainland China and to establish the response system to public health emergency at frontier port.Method By means of inspection on spot,oral healty declaration,epidemiological investigation,quick screening test,patient isolation and treatment,tracking and investigation of close contact,lab test,the first case of imported Chikungunya fever of mainland China was confirmed.The combined measures by multi-departments had been taken after comprehensive judgments.Result The entry fever patient was diagnosed to be the first case of imported Chikungunya fever of mainland China.The effective measures were taken timely which helped to avoid the expansion of epidemic resulted from the imported case.Conclusion This case provided us with precious experience of construction of the successful mode dealing with the imported case of infectious diseases and response system of public health emergency at frontier port.
