420例围手术期患者预防性应用抗菌药调查

目的:了解我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药情况。方法:随机抽取我院2005年全年外科手术患者预防性使用抗菌药的出院病历420份,填写患者基本情况及抗菌药应用情况,并进行统计分析。结果:Ⅰ类切口手术无指征预防用药率达58.2%。存在预防用药品种起点高、用药时机不当、持续使用时间过长、联合用药不当等问题。结论:我院外科手术预防性使用抗菌药存在不合理之处,有待规范使用。

Analysis of Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in 420 Patients in a Perioperative Period

Objective:To understand the prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients in their perioperative period. Method:420 records of discharged patients with surgical operation using prophylactics antibiotics between July,2005 and June,2006 were randomly retrieved,and their general data and antibiotics use were filled out.Result:The prophylactic antibiotics use rate in the type-1 incision operation without any clear indications of medication reached up to 58.2%,pres- enting the problems of the superior kinds of antibiotics,improper time of drug use and prolonged time of continuous drug use.The combined antibiotics were partly inappropriate.Conclusion:There was improper use of antibiotics by patients in perioperative period,which requires the strengthening of standardized administration of prophylactic antibiotic use.
