康复训导规范在缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿中的应用

目的评价早期运用小儿康复训导规范干预缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)的治疗效果。方法选取140例HIBD患儿,分成康复组和对照组,按自行设计的HIBD 0-2岁康复训导手册的训练方法,进行康复训练治疗2年。用生长发育指标、临床表现、CT形态学和发育商(DQ)、智力指数(MI),评价治疗效果。结果两组生后2年生长发育指标、临床表现、CT形态学、DQ、MI值,康复组生长指数、DQ、MI值明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),康复组94.3%患儿临床表现恢复正常,67.1%患儿CT表现恢复正常,康复组的预后不良率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复能有效地防止和减轻HIBD患儿的后遗症和减少伤残,从而改善预后。

Application of Rehabilitation Guiding Specification in Infants with Hypoxic-Ischemic Brain Damage

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the earlier intervention of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD).Met-hods One hundred and forty cases with HIBD were half-randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group.According to the methods of rehabilitation guiding specification designed by us.Model of pediatrists and parents co-operation was used to carry out rehabilitation exercises for 2 years.Growth measures,clinical manifestation,CT and development quotient(DQ)and mental index(MI)were used to evaluate the effects of the treatment.Results All the measures value were significantly higher in the rehabilitation exercises group(all P<0.01).Furthermore,the incidence of unfavorable prognosis was significantly lower in the rehabilitation exercises group(P<0.01).Conclusion The rehabilitation exercises can significantly prevent and reduce the residual and incidence of disability of injury and improve patient prognosis.
