| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尿核基质蛋白22(NMP22)检测对膀胱移行细胞癌诊断及术后复发监测中的应用价值.方法:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测45例膀胱癌、30例非膀胱癌泌尿系疾病、20例健康志愿者尿中NMP22水平并进行比较.结果:膀胱癌组NMP22平均为38.7×103U/L高于非膀胱癌泌尿系疾病组(8.7×103U/L)和健康志愿者组(7.1×103U/L,P＜0.05),复发病例(30.7×103U/L)高于未复发患者(6.1×103U/L,P＜0.05).结论:尿NMP22对膀胱移行细胞癌具有高灵敏度和无创伤性,是检测膀胱移行细胞癌的有效标志物,并可用于判断术后有无复发.
