双炔失碳酯对人早孕绒毛蜕膜组织细胞分泌功能的影响

摘    要:本实验以绒毛、蜕膜组织细胞培养为模型 ,用放射免疫测定方法 ,观察了双炔失碳酯对绒毛、蜕膜组织细胞分泌功能的影响。结果 :培养的绒毛、蜕膜组织细胞中加入系列浓度的双炔失碳酯后 2 4和 48h,h CG、E2 、P均明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,PGF2α明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。表明 ,双炔失碳酯可直接作用于人绒毛、蜕膜组织 ,抑制h CG、E2 、P的产生 ,刺激 PGF2α的合成。结果提示 ,绒毛、蜕膜是双炔失碳酯抗早孕时 ,主要作用环节之一。

Abstract:Objectives: To examine the effects of anordrin on the endocrine function of chorionic and decidual cells in vitro and to investigate the mechanisms of termination of pregnancy of anordrin. Methods: The project was studied by using tissue cells culture and RIA. Results: Anordrin inhibited the production of hCG、E 2、P and stimulated the synthesis of PGF 2α in chorionic and/or decidual tissue cells in vitro( P<0.01,P<0.05 ). Conclusion: The results indicate that chorion and decidua serve as one of the primary sites through which anordrin exerts the effect of termination for early pregnancy.
