| 摘 要： | 目的分析人工晶状体取出的适应证、手术方法和手术并发症。方法对16例（17眼）人工晶状体取出进行回顾性总结。结果取出的原因是人工晶状体脱位、大泡性角膜病变、牵引性视网膜脱离、眼内容炎、青光眼。人工晶状体植入至取出的间隔时间为1天～13年。人工晶状取出联合玻璃体切除术8眼、玻璃体视网膜手术5眼、小梁切除术2眼、更换人工晶状体1眼。人工晶状体取出术后无严重并发症发生。结论人工晶状体植入术后，因严重并发症需行人工晶状体取出才能挽救视功能和保存眼球。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the indications, methods and complications of intraocular lens (IOL) removal. Methtods16 Cases (17 eyes) having undertaken IOL removal were reviewed retrospectively. Results The causes of the removing were dislocation of IOL, pseudophakic bullous keratopathy, tractive retinal detacthment, endophthalmitis and secondary glauoma. The interval between IOL implantation and removing was 1 day to 13 years.The methods of IOL removing included with vitrectomy in 8 eyes, retinovitrectomy surgery in 5 eyes, trabeculectomy in 2 eyes, replacement of IOL in 1 eye, There was not postoperative serious complication. Conclusion It is considered that IOL removal can rescue the visual function and reserve the globe for the serious complications after IOL implantation. |
